Consider bringing your own towels, as the provided ones were not clean during our stay.

Conveniently located with easy access to the freeway, the King Room was spacious and comfortable, featuring all necessary amenities like a fridge and microwave. The breakfast in the lobby offered a pleasant start to the day with fresh local cheese and coffee. However, some elements of maintenance were overlooked, including minor wear and tear, and the shower pressure was a bit weak.

The pool area provided a nice retreat after a day of exploring the local hiking trails, perfect for relaxation. The convenient location made it easy to access outdoor adventures without hassle.
Unfortunately, my room had a musty smell that reminded me of a wet dog. The carpet was filthy and old, with gum stuck in places – not exactly charming. And when I realized I left some items behind, the cleanup crew's handling of my forgotten belongings felt deceptive, claiming they tossed out unopened items I had left behind. Moreover, the shower pressure wasn't the greatest, making my morning routine less enjoyable.

Well-kept pool area for relaxation after our adventures.
The room smelled awful and the bedding was stained.

The location was pretty convenient for exploring Roseburg. The check-in process went smoothly, which set a good tone. However, the room had some significant issues. The smell was quite unpleasant, and I noticed stains on the bedding right away. There were only a couple of towels, which felt inadequate, especially for a family. The bed itself was comfortable enough, but the cleanliness was a major letdown. The pool area was decent and clean, providing a nice place to relax after being out. Overall, I had mixed feelings about this stay. It had its positives but definitely needs some attention to the cleanliness aspect.

The location was convenient for exploring the Umpqua National Forest, and we really enjoyed the nearby hiking trails. The pool area provided a nice spot to relax after our daily adventures. However, our King room showed some signs of neglect, such as a broken shower rod and a few stains in the tub that could use attention.

We enjoyed exploring Umpqua National Forest, especially the waterfalls and hiking trails. The pool area was nice too for some relaxation after our adventures. Just a heads up, amenities were a bit basic, so don’t expect luxury. Still, it was a great time overall!
Our King room was lacking some basic maintenance like a broken shower rod and stains on the tub. It could use some updates to make it more comfortable.
